Finding New Spaces in Old Familiar Places

I have been practicing yoga for many years, some would say "many"is all relative. Either way, I have gone in and out of the same postures many times and yet, each time I find a new "space"

Yoga is so amazing. It takes me from that place of rush, rush, rush to

b-r-e-a-t-h-e.....................and be..........

be still..................and breathe................inhale.....................exhale....................feel the sensations....................and breathe..................notice...................be...................

here now................................then my mind goes off on into a place that is peaceful. .........A place where there is time enough...........to finish what I need to.........If I just take time to unwind.

Kripalu Yoga taught by Heather Hixon, LMT, CYT

Hello and Welcome to my Blog Page about my Yoga classes.
I teach at Renaissance Healing Center where I am a part owner.
My classes are about movement and breath, focusing on sensations with an edge.
I love Kripalu Yoga especially because of the warm ups previous to posture flow.
Kripalu Yoga: pronounced- (kre-pa- lu) is such a wonderful practice.
