The Heart Chakra - week 4 of 7 Yoga Aromatherapy w/ Heather

I am so excited to be teaching my very favorite class, Yoga Aromatherapy. I had been teaching this class in Jacksonville Beach for a few years and I am able to offer it right here in St. Petersburg, FL. The studio I am currently offering the 7 week series at is The Longhouse in Gulfport, FL. It is such a peaceful and serene space to practice yoga.
