                             “Spring Is Here”

The sky is blue.

The air is cool.

The flowers are budding.

Spring is here.

Yes, Spring is here.

Bringing a renewal of life 

In the plant world 

Of my home in Florida.

The air is brisk.

The wind gently stirs the trees.

The grass is greening

The Spring is here.

Within me the new vigor

Of my  heart and my soul

Awaken to the tune of

Spring is here.

The birds are joyous.

Their songs are sweet.

They welcome the day.

Yes, Spring is finally here!

Upcoming Workshops Saturday March 13th 11:30am-1:30pm Healthy & Fit Group - Please join us to learn all about nutrition, exercise, and the healthy habits you can incorporate to live a healthier, happier, and longer life!  This meeting will be at Deanna's place - Focus Fitness on South Third St near Bonefish Grill.  You will get to tour the gym, and we'll continue our discussion of Clean Eating and proper exercise.  The one hour meeting will be followed by a one hour workout of Strength Training and Stretching.  I guarantee you'll feel motivated to get moving after feeling the support and energy of the group!  Your first meeting is Complimentary, so you've got nothing to lose - but pounds and inches!
