Hello Yoga Friends!!
Please join us for our 2nd Annual Yoga Mala at Renaissance Healing Center on Sunday September 20th at 5:00 pm for a dedication to World Peace with Global Mala.
We will start at 5:15pm 108 Sun salutations in 4 rounds of approx. 27.
We will have snacks and Yogi Tea on the front porch to enjoy on our breaks, or if you decided to "sit out a few rounds"
We are raising money for The Nature Conservancy
