Want To Try Yoga? Take My Intro to Yoga Class.
- Thursday Evenings at 6:00 pm ($10 per class or buy a pack of 10 for $80)
- Just show up...We have yoga mats, comfortable stretchable clothing please.
- Learn the basic postures and the alignment with details to suit your specific body.
- We don't necessarily all bend the same or twist the same just as we don't all look the same.
- You don't have to be flexible to take a yoga class, this class is to find out where to begin...and what level class is right for you.
- Yoga is a journey not a destination. It's not just for your body, yoga is also for your mind and spirit.
- My yoga classes and the classes taught at Renaissance Healing Center are not geared toward any religious or organized group.
- We, as teachers keep our personal spiritual beliefs to ourselves and welcome our students to enjoy classes with out feeling like they will be encouraged to participate in something outside of their own spiritual practice.
- We only speak of positive affirmative statements that are general to any belief system.
