With the weather cooling down soon we are planning more outdoor activites such as the upcoming Breast Cancer Walk Saturday Oct. 10th at 7:30am at Seawalk Pavillion in Jax Beach,for our friend Christina Phipps (Yoga Teacher at the Beaches).

Also, our good friend Marilynn Wilson from http://www.marilynsonthemove.blogspot.com/ is starting a women's drum circle. The first one will meet at Renaissance Healing Center - 228 3rd Ave. N. (behind Rita's Italian Ice) at 6:15pm on Sunday Oct. 11th. Please bring a drum if you have one, or even an empty coffee can, no experience needed, just the desire to drum and connect with other women in your community. This is for a "love offering".
