Yoga Coach / Timing Out Your Home Practice

Try timing it out...

For example:

Centering and breathwork: 10 minutes

Warm up (floor): 5 minutes

Warm up (standing): 5 minutes

Posture flow: __ minutes

Restorative postures (floor): __ minutes

Inversion: __ minutes

Relaxation: __ minutes

Total Session: 65 to 70 minutes
